Focusing on one day at a time\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Thinking too far ahead made everything feel overwhelming.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The future felt uncertain.\u00a0<br \/>The \u201cwhat ifs\u201d never stopped.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>So, I stopped trying to figure everything out.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>I focused on one day.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Sometimes one hour.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Sometimes just getting through the next moment.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>And that was enough.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>2. Finding strength in routine\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>When everything felt out of control, routine gave me something solid.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Even the smallest structure helped.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Getting up.\u00a0<br \/>Moving my body.\u00a0<br \/>Doing something productive.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It didn\u2019t have to be perfect.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It just had to be something.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>3. Accepting the hard days<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Not every day is a good day.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>And that\u2019s okay.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>There were days I felt drained.\u00a0<br \/>Days I felt low.\u00a0<br \/>Days I didn\u2019t feel like myself at all.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>But I stopped fighting those days.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>I let them pass.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Because one bad day doesn\u2019t mean a bad life.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>4. Letting people in (even a little)\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>I didn\u2019t always talk about what I was going through.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>But I learned that trying to carry everything alone makes it heavier.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Even opening up a little\u2026 to the right people\u2026 made a difference.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>You don\u2019t have to explain everything.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>But you don\u2019t have to go through it alone either.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>5. Holding onto something bigger\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>There were moments where I needed a reason to keep going.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Something beyond the struggle.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Something that reminded me there was more ahead.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>That reason doesn\u2019t have to be big.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>It just has to matter to you.\u00a0<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong><u>6.
